Starting in 2016 all the custom applications will be updated to include new features.
Several applications have been completely redesigned to take advantage of newly released database functions and features. The enhancements include a new user interface, a site navigation drop-down list for navigating the application, and another drop-down list that provides button selections that perform user selected functions.
Through the use of a screen object called a popover, a button on the screen will display one or more screens that are included in the application. This will reduce the amount of navigation required to view, edit, and add information in one screen as opposed to navigating between several screens. The video help tutorials that explain the usage of this application are now included in the application.
Keep in mind that you still have free technical support assistance to learn this application. There are no in-app purchases required, and no additional fees or costs for the basic application.
It’s important when you receive the application to take each video help tutorial before adding data to the application. This will simplify the usage of the application and greatly speed up the learning process to use the application.

This is a new version 2.0 for iOS universal for iPad, or iPhone. This is a completely new version with all the latest features, and expanded capabilities for a professional wedding planner, or individual who wants to plan and managed their wedding.
Who should use this application:
This application was designed primarily for professional wedding planners. It addresses all aspects of the planning and management process. As a professional wedding planner you need to offer all the services a wedding couple requires. You’re selling yourself in the process to encompass all requirements the wedding couple needs.
This is a database management system that provides individual records developed for the wedding couple. Each time you have a new wedding couple you’re creating one new record that includes additional screens for that wedding planning process.
The wedding planner manager is an asset that you can use to show new clients how you managed prior weddings, and you can show them how the information is collected to include each process step in managing their wedding.
Your first impression may be that there is a lot of input of data required? But actually the way this application is designed it will speed the documentation process. Using an iPhone or an iPad you add information using drop-down lists, drop-down calendars, pop-up screens, and portal multiline input records. This application allows you to add photo images during the wedding events. Can also create a gift registry to include setting up records for each website you found for gift ideas. A wedding planner has new tools in this application to assist the wedding couple to locate information. This can also include scheduling hotel stays, planning event meals, assigning tables for events, creating invitations, defining decorations and selecting seating requirements for all events.
The invitation data screen collects all participants, the wedding party, and all guests that will attend. The invitation listing also addresses RSVP’s and thank you notes for gifts.
The Cost Management screen can be used to estimate all the costs the wedding couple or other participants may be spending during the wedding and other events. The cost management report will allow you to break down the cost data, and provide invoices as required to collect payment for your services, and other rentals, and any other cost items that require billing.
The wedding scheduler is used to set up an itinerary of events with supporting information required to make things happen on time, and to address how and when and where things may occur in the wedding schedule.
