CRM Customer Relationship Management is a critical process where companies do not rely on memory of interaction with customers, but take an active part with all aspects of the sales process to document all information related to the sale.
You will see a history of CRM related application database that have been developed by this developer. Each app treats a different type of company’s requirements and provides the necessary tools to perform CRM interaction. CRM is an active not passive approach to customer sales management. This application was developed for sales teams and the sales managers from the initial customer lead to the final delivery of all products. This app does the following:
CRM Application Database:
- Using an advanced appointment calendar the individual members of the sales and marketing team use the calendar to document and track every contact with their prospects. The sales manager would use this application to observe and manage the interaction using the detail data from the calendar and the CRM information to make marketing decisions.
- The calendar organizes the daily contact events for the individual customer, and separates the activities into a series of categories that are clearly seen on the calendar. The calendar appointment management screen uses a standard set of fields to capture the necessary information for managing the individual tasks being performed. The calendar will also separate the individual marketing team members into their own calendar that requires a login access. The login defines the user (team member) as a unit of the main calendar where their calendar shows that members daily activity. Team members can combine calendar assignments, or assign tasks to other team members.
- The calendar is loaded with features to include these primary data portals on the appointment editing screen:
- The Activity Track Portal, this portal documents lower level activity where documentation of Email, phone calls, product information is provided, and events like trade shows, and cold calls are managed.
- The Meeting Track Portal: this portal provides a standard set of fields to create a meeting agenda, document attendees, and a comments area to document the discussions during the meeting. It also has date, time, location and status fields to captures the detail meeting facts.
- The Action Track Portal: this portal is used to capture both sales and customer assigned activities where action items are established. The portal has the detail fields to capture the action title, the creator of the action item. The start date of the action, and primary person assigned to manage the action item, and status of the action, to include a detail comments area.
- All of the portals above also have a printable form that can be used to share with the sales team and customer as required to keep the members and company on the same page.
- The app also has a backend where the portal data, customer detail information and sales reporting is managed. These screen shares the CRM data for the individual company using a primary contact, and company format. You will find it easy to locate, search, and produce CRM information from the individual company records.
- This is a custom application and it has the ability to be modified to fit your specific requirements for the management of customer relationship data.
